All crypto wheels
24 wheels, all free, all the same underneath: a list of cryptocurrencies and a random pick with equal odds. They differ only in which list, and they fall into three kinds.
By market cap
Slices off the top of the ranking. The membership is a measurement, so these carry the date it was taken.
- What Crypto Should I Buy? Twenty of the largest coins, one spin, no opinion whatsoever.
- Top 10 Crypto Wheel Ten coins, wider slices, and a ranking that moves slowly.
- Altcoin Wheel Spin the wheel and get a random altcoin — no Bitcoin, no Ethereum.
By theme
Grouped by what a token claims to do. The boundaries come from the data provider and are judgements, not measurements.
- DeFi Token Wheel Governance tokens for software that moves money without a bank.
- AI Crypto Wheel The loosest label in crypto, spun fairly.
- Layer 1 Crypto Wheel Chains that settle their own transactions and pay for their own security.
- Layer 2 Crypto Wheel Networks that borrow their security from the chain underneath.
- Gaming Crypto Wheel In-game currencies, marketplaces and studio tokens, all in one bucket.
- Metaverse Coin Wheel What a narrative leaves behind when the attention moves on.
- Privacy Coin Wheel The one category here whose label describes testable cryptography.
- AI Agent Token Wheel Software that is meant to act on its own behalf, allegedly.
- DePIN Crypto Wheel Tokens that paid somebody to mount real hardware on a real roof.
- DEX Token Wheel Exchanges with no company in the middle, and tokens that rarely earn the fees.
- RWA Token Wheel The plumbing that brings off-chain assets on, not the assets themselves.
- Zero-Knowledge Crypto Wheel Proving a computation ran without showing what went into it.
- Proof of Work Wheel Chains that buy their security with electricity.
- Payment Coin Wheel The oldest promise in crypto, competing with a bank transfer.
- Meme Coin Wheel The one corner where picking at random is not obviously worse.
By ecosystem
Grouped by which chain a token settles on. A venue rather than a sector, so these cut across the themes above.
- Solana Ecosystem Wheel Tokens that settle on Solana — a venue, not a verdict.
- Ethereum Ecosystem Wheel Twenty off the deepest list in crypto.
- BNB Chain Wheel The ecosystem most closely tied to a single exchange.
- Base Ecosystem Wheel The youngest large ecosystem, and the fastest to turn over.
- Bitcoin Ecosystem Wheel Built beside Bitcoin, because almost nothing can be built inside it.
- Cardano Ecosystem Wheel The shortest wheel here, and that is the interesting part.
Why no wheel has a hundred segments
Every wheel caps at 30 entries, and most carry twenty. On a 320-pixel phone a twenty-segment slice is about 27 pixels across at the point where the ticker sits — enough to read a four-character symbol and not much more. Fifty would be illegible and a hundred would be a colour wheel with no information on it.
That is why there is no "top 50" or "top 100" wheel here despite both being things people search for. The top 100 list is text, which can show all of them, and is the honest way to serve that. If you want a longer wheel than any of these, Custom mode on any page takes up to 30 entries of your own.
